In this class you will learn a number of skills including icing dummy tiers with sharp edges, rustic wood effect, medium sized peonies, roses, David Austin roses, berries and wired leaves. I will also show you how to achieve a water colour trim and how to apply writing to fondant.
We will work on the flowers and leaves showing you how to make some of my signature flowers.
We will finish the flowers and then ice our dummies. In the afternoon we will work on the cake textures and then add our finished flowers.
Please note this class is working on dummies only.
